Securing A Home

To secure the home of your choice, a Letter of Intention is completed and a $1,000 refundable deposit is paid.  This holds the home for you for 30 days.  The Letter of Intention is forwarded to the Village’s Solicitor who prepares the Lease documentation which is then forwarded to your Solicitor.  If, after reviewing the Lease with your Solicitor, you wish to proceed, the Lease documents are exchanged and the balance of the deposit is paid to bring the deposit up to 1% of the entry price.
