Recurring Charges
Recurrent Charges at Broadwater Gardens are currently $106.00 per week. Residents on the upper level of the Riverside Apartments will also pay a $20 weekly "Lift Levy".
Recurrent Charges cover the Village operating costs: Typically, these are, but not limited to:
- Staff wages
- Insurances (including buildings)
- Council Rates
- Gardening maintenance
- Maintenance of Village common areas
- Painting and Maintenance as provided for in the Lease
- Vitalcall Emergency support system
- Security
- Clubhouse operating costs
- Future Maintenance Fund
