Village Ownership

Broadwater Gardens is privately owned by Broadwater Gardens Port Macquarie Pty Ltd.

The Directors of the Village are Gary and Marg Murcott.

Gary and Marg Murcott have been involved in the Retirement Village industry for the past eighteen years and have successfully developed and operated two other retirement villages in Port Macquarie (Bellevue Gardens and Lincoln Gardens).
